Integrate CoreLogic Dash Restoration Software with Sage Intacct
CoreLogic Dash Restoration Job management software is a premier software used in companies involved with restoration services in the residential and small commercial industries. The software functions as a customer relationship management and job cost and management application. Sage Intacct is the premier cloud first ERP system from Sage. We have built a product that integrates Dash restoration software with Sage Intacct and allows both these systems to seamlessly integrate with each other allowing users of CoreLogic Dash restoration job management software to migrate to a native cloud based ERP while retaining all the benefits they had with their on-premise system.
Background
A confidential client of ours uses QuickBooks and QuickBooks online software in their subsidiaries to maintain books while using CoreLogic Dash restoration job management. The restoration software publisher has built integration with a lot of on-premise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage 100 and Sage 300 but is not integrated with cloud based ERP platforms.
Business Challenge
The business was experiencing significant challenges managing accounting in different accounting software used by subsidiaries. There was no consolidated reporting leading to incorrect and incomplete data leading to challenging decision making. An ideal solution would allow the client to consolidate all its accounting systems in to one cloud based ERP software. After reviewing and analyzing multiple cloud based ERP platforms, the client decided on Sage Intacct as the primary choice to migrate to.
The challenge was to allow CoreLogic Dash restoration job management software to work with the modern ERP platform and provide the same level of information interchange as the on-premise systems.
The Solution
The ideal solution for this client would be a way for the two systems, that exchanged information from CoreLogic Dash and Sage Intacct allowing users of both the system to have current and accurate data. My ERP Partner built a bi-directional integration system that would allow the two systems to interact and exchange critical data in real-time. The system allows the following information to be interchanged:
Dash To Sage Intacct
- Project Data
- Job Data
- Customer Information
- Work order to PO
- Completion of POs
Sage Intacct To Dash
- Vendor Information
- AP Transactions
- Bills
- Credit Card Expenses
- Job Cost Information
- Bill Payments
- AR Transactions
- Invoice Creation
- Invoice Adjustments
- Invoice Payments
This resulted in instantaneous, real time inventory information available in both systems. Dash users would get vendor information and all accounting information about a job updated to allow clear and correct vendor and customer interactions reducing delays in payments to vendors and collections from customers. Sage Intacct users would get job and project information for customers that they could work on and keep track of.
What Does It Cost?
We have built connectors for Sage Intacct. If you already use these two leading cloud based ERP platforms, you may not need any customization and can use our product.
If you use a different cloud based ERP platform, we can work with you to understand your transaction volume, number of subsidiaries and systems in use and propose a solution that can migrate your on-premise accounting system to a modern, cloud based ERP platform. If you are already on an existing cloud ERP platform, we can modify our technology to work with your ERP system.
Final Thoughts
In today’s fast paced world where customer expectations and buying behavior need a set of modern solutions so companies can succeed. Utilizing your existing technology investment in legacy systems can let companies continue to benefit from these platforms and extend their useful life. My ERP Partner consulted with the client to understand the problem, propose and build a solution due to expertise in business processes, multiple ERP platforms and development and technology capabilities. With this product in the restoration industry, My ERP Partner can assist companies to migrate to new and modern ERP platform while still retaining their on-premise capabilities.
